Born in a traditional Brahmin family in Himalayas, India, Acharya Vinay is an adapt of Yoga, Tantra and Holistic eastern systems of wellness. He was initiated into the yogic culture very early from his father at the age of 13 and since then he recollects that the journey is continuous. His experience spans over a period of 22 years working actively in yoga & wellness stream with thousands of his students and followers around the world who have been benefited and felt the transformation in their lives. His main skills include body work, energy healing, pranayama, mind management, trauma healing, yoga nidra, mantra meditations, myofascial release techniques, structural yoga therapy, craniosacral pranic fusion and astrology based life coaching.
Acharya Vinay is based in Rishikesh India, called the world capital of Yoga. He frequently visits and shares his knowledge of well being and health on various platforms across the world. He has been associated with some of the renowned wellness brands like Ananada in the Himalayas and Six Senses while contributing his share of efforts in helping individuals realizing their inner potential and excelling towards a path of holistic wellbeng.
Acharya had a life of Yoga received in inheritance from his family and later on by his Guru. He was born in a small town in the state of Uttarakhand in a traditional Brahmin family where spiritually was taught as an integral part of growing up. His formal education completed in the year 1999 and soon enough he was guided on a yogic path. With intensive training in all the elements of Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, Pranayama, Meditations, acharya’s early life was ingrained with elements of spiritually. He got initiated into the Dasha Mahavidya tradition of Tantra Yoga, acharya conceded a life for himself which was motivated by the idea of Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinaha!
In the year 2003 he got his first spiritual breakthrough when he was initiated by his Guru Rudranath of Himalayas in a surprising turn of events which changed the whole direction of his life. As per him the initiation which is called Deeksha in the yogic tradition, was something that completely changed his perspective, mindset, attitudes and actions. This was what he considers to be the transformation point of life.
From the year 2002 to 2011 he continued his studies in yoga discipline both on personal and academic levels. Also during this time, he travelled to different parts of the world sharing the knowledge and teaching of Yoga, Meditations, and spirituality with some very prominent personalities and companies.
In the year 2012, under the directives of his Guru, he established JeevMoksha Yoga Gurukul in Rishikesh which will serve as a sacred sanctum for all the yoga aspirants. Soon the dream converted into reality and people from all around the world started coming into the courses and showering into life changing moments of joy and happiness. He is one of the most authentic and oldest yoga Gurus in Rishikesh and continue to share his energy with all those who visit.
